04.29.02 - 44 after the 3 - pet store and the like

i cut school today with jenn. i tried to get kevin to come but he stayed to do some gym class thing. something about conning the teacher into letting them play hockey aerobics.

yes and yes. and then we went to the pet store, where we saw a lot of crickets and fish and dogs being groomed. i previously did not understand this being groomed procedure, but then i met a woman at the store who had a shitzu (haha. shitzu. the kind in Best In Show). it had better hair than her owner. it was mesmerizing. i should own a shitzu myself. it'd be like Lassie except the whole show would be about grooming my dog.

i probably shouldn't have cut school (this was my first time, jenn has taught me her ways) but i think it was worth it. i learned that crickets do not like being shaken in their little plastic bags, and the store people get mad if you poke at the fish for too long.

maybe my new goal is to get kicked out of a pet store. what does it take? i think i have what it takes, yes i do.
