my mom used to think i was schizotypal.
People with schizotypal personality disorder are often described as odd or eccentric. About 3% of the population has schizotypal personality disorder and it may be more common in men. Like all personality disorders, it is typically developed by early adulthood. The major features of schizotypal personality disorder are:
* Extreme discomfort in social relationships* Odd appearance and thinking
* Their appearance and behavior is often characterized as odd or strange. Many believe they are clairvoyant, telepathic, or have a sixth sense. Suspicious or paranoid ideas.
* They may perceive references to themselves in others' conversations.
there was a time when i used to make up things a lot more. childhood stories that i played out in the backyard that involved me being a spy and stuff that is probably rather normal. i'd tell my mom that she couldn't walk a certain way on the kitchen tiles or she'd get in trouble.
i am starting to think that people are too exact when they think of crazy and not crazy. there has to be a whole mess of people in between.
